Order Delivery and Cancellation

Because your convenience is our priority, we confirm every order through our customer service team within 24 hours of placing it.
For any issue regarding your order, please refer to us on WhatsApp to serve you better, not to the shipping company or on Facebook pages.
We will be following the delivery and will contact you in case your order was delayed or rejected within 3 days.
In case you have a problem with your order after receiving it , please contact us on WhatsApp to take the appropriate action.
Please be advised that the official business days are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, holidays, and public holidays are off for all employees and shipping companies.

We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and official holidays period.
Our shipping timeline is 3-5 working days from order confirmation.
And 5 to 10 days for the remote and far areas from Cairo.
You will receive an SMS from the shipping company with the COD amount and the courier contact when the order is ready to be delivered to you.
