Delivery:
Expect your oreder in Cairo& Giza: Within 3-4 working days.
in others: Within 3-5 working days.

The courier will contact you a maximum of 3 times.
In the event of no response, the order will be returned to us and cancelled.

If you need to reorder after a failed delivery, additional fees may apply.

Return:
must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition
You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges of your return.

In the case of defective items, wrong orders, or items damaged during delivery by the courier, Egyskin will cover all shipping and handling charges for the exchange.

If you return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, discount, or free shipping, only the paid value will be refunded, excluding the shipping fees.

If you no longer want to receive your order, please contact us. Your order will be cancelled.
