Returns & Exchanges
As our products fall under the personal care category, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used,
in order to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers

We only accept returns under these circumstances:

  • Wrong order damaged or
  • defective upon arrival

Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required

Return Instructions

  • Include a clear photo of the incorrect or damaged product placed next to the airway bill
  • Once approved, our courier will arrange a pickup within 3 to 5 business days
